Hey guys it’s Casey!
I realized we haven’t had contests or anything lately…so I have brought to you one!
This is an editing/recoloring contest, no drawing. Editing is changing the position or the physical features of your avatar, and recoloring is changing the colors of the features on your avatar.
Rules:
1. Only 1 entry per person.
2. It has to be on the computer, no hand drawings.
3. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR USERNAME IN THE PICTURE
4. Can only do editing OR recoloring, can’t do both!
5. If you are recoloring a picture, you must at least recolor hair, clothes, and board.
6. Board must be in the picture.
7. No plagarism or copying, if we have found out you copied, you will be disqualified.

–One edit and one recolor will be chosen as winners.

Question, if you’re editing on a Mac, how do you open paint, cause I’ve tried and it won’t let me and I can’t download anything like paints. I cant cuz it’s my dads computer..

I have a mac and ive tried to use draw but you cant really edit or recolour on it. So you need to use PC.

I have a Mac. Since Paint is a Microsoft application, it doesn’t come preinstalled and is incompatible with Apple devices. I downloaded a free application called Paintbrush, but sometimes I also like to use online photo editing softwares (they’re free), such as pixlr.com.

A smirk is the same smile you see in my Gravatar or Daniyah’s Gravatar.
an OC is short for “Original Character” something a user can make, this includes custom hairs, outfits, tops and lots of other things.

Um, what if you have something that turns out, you want to change. Like I have kitty ears, but after I finished, and looked at it, I feel like using a headband ;c.

It seems to me that most people are doing a recolor rather than an edit… lol, to those of you who haven’t yet gotten started on your contest entry, I recommend doing an edit to increase your chances of winning… haha
I did a recolor because I have a better concept of colors than skills in graphic design. Not really mah thang, there 😉
So I’m guessing the recolors / edits will be posted tomorrow for voting? I’ll be the first person to log in; I can’t wait to see what kind of digital art / graphic design that everybody has created!!

uhm, Just cause someone EDITS doesn’t guarantee they will win. It’s just what moomoo/casey decides is the BEST recolor/edit. And sure there are lots of recolorings in this contest, but what if 2 RECOLORS win? So it really doesn’t matter which one you do, it matters which one(S) are the COOLEST.

2. The recolors I have aren’t what my avatar really looks like. I don’t think it looks fancy enough so I go to trade n sell and choose a hair that I like as a preview and use that
3. I changed the eyes and skin color.
